Our founders

Harnois Énergies would not be what it is today without the tireless work and commitment of its founders, Lise Robitaille-Harnois and Claude Harnois. By establishing a corporate culture that values innovation and collaboration, they have been a source of inspiration to everyone who has worked with them.

The very beginnings of Lise and Claude

Claude Harnois . Working alone in the beginning, the founder soon expanded his customer base and began adding loyal employees in the early 1960s. His wife, Lise Robitaille, played a leading role from 1960 onward.

Through their vision, passion and determination, the couple built a prosperous business over the years, which experienced a rejuvenation in the early 1990s when their three children, Claudine, Luc and Serge, joined the company.

In memory of Lise Robitaille-Harnois

In memory of a woman of drive and ambition who was a true source of inspiration and, above all, a pillar of our family. “Grand-maman Harnois,” as she liked to call herself, will live on in the hearts of her loved ones and through the work of her extended family, the people of Harnois Énergies. An industry pioneer and co-founder of a great local company, Lise will remain a model of hard work and perseverance for future generations.
