In collaboration with the Nikola Corporation and ITD Industries, we showed the public, businesses, and the heavy-transport industry that hydrogen will have a place in the company\u2019s energy portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Trial summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The trial involved two product deliveries to our Joliette sites;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The truck was refuelled to 60% of its capacity at the Quebec City multi-energy station, under the supervision of experts from Nikola Corporation;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On July 9th, the truck was at the Association du camionage du Qu\u00e9bec (ACQ) golf tournament, giving Catherine Gosselin the opportunity to introduce this new technology to members and people in the heavy transport industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This trial period has been an all-round success, as it has enabled us to learn more about the possibilities and limitations of this new technology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Harnois \u00c9nergies makes history by introducing the first hydrogen-powered truck to Quebec roads.
