{"id":38286,"date":"2025-01-17T10:38:31","date_gmt":"2025-01-17T15:38:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harnoisenergies.com\/?p=38286"},"modified":"2025-01-17T10:39:56","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T15:39:56","slug":"evolution-of-organizational-structure-of-harnois-energies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harnoisenergies.com\/en\/evolution-of-organizational-structure-of-harnois-energies\/","title":{"rendered":"Evolution of Organizational Structure of Harnois \u00c9nergies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a context of continuous growth and evolution, Harnois \u00c9nergies is reshaping its organizational structure with the creation of the Principal Vice-President position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>This evolution is designed to ensure that all our market segments are supported by robust business processes focused on the customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are therefore pleased to announce several changes within our management team, which will optimize our overall operations and ensure a clearer vision for each of our company&#8217;s market segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the new appointments within our organization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Steve Lamontagne<\/strong>\u00a0is appointed\u00a0<strong>Principal Vice-President, Operations and Sales.<\/strong>\u00a0With a passion for retail operations, he has worked in this field as a manager for over 30 years. After several years with Sobeys, he decided to take on new roles and challenges with Loblaw Companies Limited. In 2021, he joins Harnois \u00c9nergies as Vice-President, Retail Network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Benoit Jodoin<\/strong>\u00a0becomes\u00a0<strong>Principal Vice-President, Business Development and Joint Venture Management<\/strong>. Benoit Jodoin has been a member of the Harnois \u00c9nergies team for over 20 years. He began his career in the affiliated service station network development team. Subsequently, he also held the positions of Vice-President of Transportation, Operations and Logistics, as well as Vice-President of Commercial and Industrial Sales.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete this reorganization, the following other appointments have been made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Reporting to Steve Lamontagne:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mathieu Robillard<\/strong>: Vice-President, Operations, Retail Network and Cardlock\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tyler Hunt<\/strong>: Vice-President, Aviation, Wholesale and Strategic Procurement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mathieu Pelletier<\/strong>: Vice-President, Operations and Fuel Sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marquis Gr\u00e9goire<\/strong>: Vice-President, Operations and Propane Sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guillaume Harnois<\/strong>: Principal Director, Operations, Lubricants &amp; Specialty Product Sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reporting to Benoit Jodoin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Jean-Philippe Wilkins<\/strong>: Vice-President, Property Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yannick Pelletier<\/strong>: Vice-President, Transportation Logistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reporting to Serge Harnois, President and CEO:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Anne-Chlo\u00e9 Gravel<\/strong>: Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Julie Legros<\/strong>: Vice-President, Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank you for the trust you have placed in us over the years, and assure you that we remain fully committed to maintaining a strong and lasting relationship with you.
