Step 1 – Access your accounts 

In the main menu, click “Your Accounts.” 

Step 2 – Select your Énergies Express account 

Click on the Énergies Express account

Step 3 – Select the card for which you want to change the PIN 

In the “Summary of cards” section at the bottom of the page, locate the card for which you want to change the PIN. 

Click the “Edit” icon in the upper-right corner of the card. 

Step 4 – Change your PIN 

Scroll down to the “Personal Identification Number” section. 

Enter your new PIN, confirm it, and then click “Submit.” 

Important: It may take 24 to 72 hours for the PIN change to take effect.

Go to the Harnois Énergies website’s Customer Area and click on BECOME A CUSTOMER. Select the type of customer you are, fill out the form and click SEND. Your request will be sent to Customer Service and an employee will follow up with you to take the next steps.

You’ll need your account number and, depending on the type of account, a copy of your most recent invoice or your card number. Next, simply click on the link: Harnois Énergies – Customer Portal (harnoisenergies.com) and follow the steps.

The portal is a reference tool where you can track your company’s fuel consumption for all of your delivery points, based on the various types of products purchased. You can also access other information, such as statements, invoices, price lists, and much more.
