Serge Harnois

President and CEO

For as long as he can remember, Serge Harnois has had an entrepreneurial spirit. It was therefore no surprise that after studying business administration at Université de Montréal’s HEC business school, he joined the family business in 1990. Now CEO of the company and surrounded by a team of the best and brightest, Serge has taken Harnois to new heights.

Driven by a passion for business and a forward-thinking approach, he is always on the lookout for new opportunities—an innovative attitude that has helped make Harnois Énergies an industry leader. The recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including the Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2023 and the HEC Montréal Luminescence award for alumni in the Entrepreneurship category in 2022, Serge is known throughout the industry for his human-focused leadership.

Benoit Jodoin

Principal Vice-President, Business Development and Joint Venture Management

Benoit Jodoin has been an important part of the Harnois Énergies team for more than 20 years. After starting his career in the development team for the affiliated service-station network, he led the establishment of the lubricants sales and operations division in 2008. In 2012, he was promoted to vice president of transportation, operations and logistics, and later became vice president of commercial and industrial sales. On the strength of his extensive expertise and in-depth knowledge of the company, he now holds the role of vice-president of sales and business development

Steve Lamontagne

Principal Vice-President, Operations and Sales

Having worked as a manager for over 30 years, Steve Lamontagne has a passion for retail operations. After climbing the ranks at Sobeys, he transitioned to new roles and challenges at Loblaw, where his responsibilities included the operation of corporate, franchised and affiliated stores throughout Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. Steve holds a diploma in administration from Université du Québec à Rimouski and completed the Advanced Leadership for Senior Managers and Directors program at York University’s Schulich School of Business. He recently completed an MBA-based advanced executive program at HEC Montréal. Steve also works closely with various retailer associations, including the CICC, RCC, ADA and ADQFL.

Christina Corsi

Vice-President, HR and Safe & Safety

Christina is human resources management professional who has over 25 years of experience in diverse and complex environments, having held key positions at Cascades, Desjardins, Bombardier and Le Groupe Soucy (Soucy Baron).

With a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal and a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA), she stands out for her strategic expertise, her ability to mobilise multidisciplinary teams around a common vision, and her commitment to achieving ambitious goals. Passionate about supporting people and teams to reach their full potential, she helps management teams tackle complex challenges and seize opportunities in a constantly evolving environment.

As Vice-President at Harnois Énergies, Christina leads an integrated HR and Health & Safety strategy that supports company growth while promoting innovation, sustainable performance, and collaboration.

Anne-Chloé Gravel, LL.B, LL.M

Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Mergers & Acquisitions

A member of the Bar since 2014, Anne-Chloé Gravel holds a master’s degree in business law from the Université de Montréal. She began her career at Dunton Rainville, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, contributing in particular to the strategic plan and growth of Harnois Énergies, including the acquisition of Pétro-T. Since joining Harnois Énergies in 2018, she has been involved in all of the company’s acquisitions, including the major acquisition of a group of service stations in the Atlantic provinces, while successfully creating and developing the legal affairs department. A committed director of CREDIL since 2017, she brilliantly combines legal expertise and social commitment.

Guillaume Harnois

Principal Director, Operations, Lubricants & Specialty Product Sales

After studying Natural Sciences at Cégep, with the aim of becoming an engineer or exploring the field of administration, Guillaume continued his studies in finance at HEC Montréal, where he graduated in 2020.

His professional adventure began at PwC, in the Mergers and Acquisitions (Value Creation) team, where he worked from 2021 to 2023. He then briefly explored the field of Investment Banking at National Bank Financial in 2024.

In February 2024, Guillaume felt the call of the family business, which led him to return to Harnois Énergies. He successively held the positions of Territory Manager for the Proxi network (February-October 2024), Value Creation Advisor, and, since January 2025, Principal Director, Operations, Lubricants and Specialty Product Sales. His return marks a strong commitment to the growth and continuity of the family business.

Tyler Hunt

Vice-President, Aviation, Wholesale and Strategic Procurement

Tyler graduated from McGill University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in science and administration and began his career in aviation in 2009. Over the years, he has played a key role in the expansion of Apron Fuel Services, growing its sales volume by 700% over a 10-year period. With extensive expertise in the Canadian aviation sector, he takes a partnership approach to building lasting relationships. Since joining Harnois Énergies, Tyler has contributed to the development of the Canadian propane, Diesel Exhaust Fluid and fuel markets, notably through strategic purchasing. Tyler’s knowledge of the Canadian commercial market is an important asset in supporting the growth of Harnois Énergies.

Julie Legros, CPA

Vice-President, Finance

Julie Legros is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a DESS in public accounting. With over 20 years’ experience, she began her career in auditing for Deloitte and the Auditor General of Quebec. She then held positions at Cansolv Technologies, a subsidiary of Shell Global Solutions, for almost 10 years. For nearly 8 years at Harnois Énergies, Julie has held various roles, including head and senior accounting manager. Her expertise in accounting and financial management contributes to the company’s success.

Mathieu Pelletier

Vice-President, Operations and Fuel Sales

Mathieu Pelletier is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years’ experience in family business management and commercial growth. A director of LOU-TEC from 2008 to 2021, he played a key role in the company’s development and growth. Former president of Pétroles Louis-André Pelletier Ltée, he led the family business for more than two decades, marked by a 173% increase in sales volume and the strategic acquisition of a competitor in 2015. Under his leadership, the company grew strongly, culminating in its sale to Harnois Énergies in 2020. Recognised for his strategic vision, his ability to optimise operations and his leadership, Mathieu Pelletier has helped solidify the market position of his companies.

Yannick Pelletier, MBA

Vice-President, Transportation Logistics

A seasoned manager, Yannick has over 25 years’ experience in logistics, transport and operations. He has held a variety of management positions, combining his skills in management, logistics and strategic analysis to improve business performance. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and has held various management positions with companies such as Intelcom Express, Parkland Fuel Corporation, Trimac Transportation and Transport Henri-Dion. Since joining Harnois Énergies in 2021, he has put his dynamic leadership skills to good use and is committed to pursuing operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the company on a daily basis.

Mathieu Robillard, MBA

Vice-President, Operations, Retail Network and Cardlock

An experienced manager, Mathieu is passionate about business development and retail operations. Before joining Harnois, Mathieu gained experience at Bell Mobility and Labatt. With a bachelor’s degree in political science and an executive MBA, he has 17 years’ experience at Harnois Énergies, where he held a number of management positions, including Senior Director of Retail Network Operations. His expertise in land management, property development and retail operations are major assets for the company.

Nadine Tawil

Vice-President, Propane Operations and Sales

Nadine Tawil is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in senior management roles. She holds an MBA and has served in strategic positions, including General Manager and Vice President at Videotron and Quebecor Media, where she successfully led major projects in complex, competitive environments.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Nadine co-founded and led companies in the security/home automation and transportation electrification sectors, successfully bringing them to market and later selling them. These ventures showcase her talent for building, structuring, and scaling innovative business models.

For the past 14 years, Nadine has also led consulting mandates focused on customer experience optimization and organizational transformation for clients such as Cominar, Ogilvie Group, and CIMA+. Her work in business reorganization, team mobilization, and process improvement has further solidified her reputation as a leader in driving operational excellence and innovation.

Stéphane Turbide, MBA

Vice-President, Innovation and Business Solutions

After starting his career as IT director at Groupe Papineau, he held IT management positions at Maddocks Systems, Whitney Canada, TC Transcontinental and Belron Canada, where his responsibilities included technological integration for the acquisition of 300 sites across Canada. Prior to joining Harnois Énergies, Stéphane gained experience in the finance sector, in the role of vice -president of information management and technology at Financière des professionnels.

Jean-Philippe Wilkins

Vice-President, Property Management

Jean-Philippe Wilkins holds a bachelor’s degree in political science. He began his career as a political advisor in various ministerial offices and then as a government relations advisor. In 2007, he turned to real estate, becoming a director at AkzoNobel, where he managed the network of shops in Canada. He subsequently held various roles, including at Impark and AMT. In 2017, he joined Harnois Énergies as Director of Retail Network Operations, where he was responsible for building construction and maintenance. He subsequently held positions as Director of Real Estate and Principal Director, overseeing the management and development of the company’s real estate portfolio. Since his arrival, he has played a key role in the development and optimisation of the company’s real estate operations.
