Our Executive Management

Harnois Énergies would not be the same company without the dedication of its employees, shareholders and management team. Here are the passionate people behind the company’s success.

Shareholders

Following a planned transition in the mid-1990s, Harnois Énergies became the property of three children of the founders.

Serge Harnois
CEO

For as long as he can remember, Serge Harnois has had an entrepreneurial spirit. It was therefore no surprise that after studying business administration at Université de Montréal’s HEC business school, he joined the family business in 1990. Now CEO of the company and surrounded by a team of the best and brightest, Serge has taken Harnois to new heights.

Driven by a passion for business and a forward-thinking approach, he is always on the lookout for new opportunities—an innovative attitude that has helped make Harnois Énergies an industry leader. The recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including the Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2023 and the HEC Montréal Luminescence award for alumni in the Entrepreneurship category in 2022, Serge is known throughout the industry for his and human-focused leadership.
