CONTEST “WAY TO GO”

Contest Rules
- The “WAY TO GO” contest (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Harnois Énergies, including its subsidiaries and brands (the “Contest Organizer”). One (1) cash prize will be awarded to winner, with a monetary value of ten thousand Canadian dollars ($10,000.00). The Contest begins on April 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Newfoundland Daylight Time (“NDT”) and ends on June 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) (the “Contest Duration”).
Eligibility
- The Contest is open only to residents of Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, agents, or representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers of prizes, materials, or services related to this Contest are not eligible. Immediate family members and persons residing in the same household as the individuals as mentioned above are also not eligible to participate. “Immediate family” includes parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of their place of residence.
How to Enter
No purchase required. To be eligible for the Contest, the participant must have a valid and active Proxi Extra membership number. To enter the Contest, the participant must proceed as follows:
Write a legible and original handwritten letter of at least 100 words explaining why you would like to win a cash amount of $10,000.00. Include your full name, complete address (including postal code), phone number (with area code), email address, and age. Sign and mail your letter in a sufficiently stamped envelope to: “Way to Go” Contest c/o Marketing Department, Harnois Énergies, 80 Route 158, Saint-Thomas, Quebec, J0K 3L0 Postmarked no later than June 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT, to be considered valid. Upon validation of your letter, you will automatically receive one entry into the draw (the “Draw”). A limit of one (1) entry per day is permitted for the Contest Duration.

Then, visit ProxiContest.ca, complete the form, and enter your receipt number along with the store location where the purchase was made. A limit of one (1) entry per day per transaction is allowed for the Contest Duration.
- To be eligible for the Contest, participants must have a valid and active email address.
- The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who submits multiple entries in violation of these rules.
- The use of any automated system to submit an entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries must be submitted personally by the participant, and no proxies are allowed.
Prizes
- One (1) prize to be won. The prizes consist of one (1) cheque valued at $10,000.00. Total prize value: ten thousand Canadian dollars ($10,000.00). Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash.
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible and valid entries received during the Contest Duration.
Prize Draw
- The prize draw will take place on June 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EDT at Carrefour Harnois Énergies, located at 202 rue Baby, Joliette, Quebec, J6E 2V5, among all eligible entries received during the Contest Duration. Selected winners will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days following the draw date.
Prize Allocation
- To be declared a winner, the selected participant must respond to the Contest Organizer’s representative’s email within five (5) business days and correctly answer a skill-testing question. Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and another participant may be drawn at the Contest Organizer’s discretion.
General Conditions
- Entries without purchase are subject to verification. Incomplete, fraudulent, or late entries will be disqualified.
- The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify anyone using unfair means to participate.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.
- If a prize cannot be awarded as described, the Contest Organizer may substitute it with an equivalent prize or cash value.
- Selected winners release the Contest Organizer from any liability related to accepting or using the prize.
- By participating, entrants release the Contest Organizer from any liability related to participation in the Contest.
- The Contest Organizer is not responsible for issues arising from suppliers of goods or services related to the prize.
- The Contest Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Contest winners agree to the use of their name, photo, image, voice, and location for promotional purposes without compensation.
- Personal information collected will only be used for Contest administration, in compliance with Harnois Énergies’ privacy policy.
- The Contest is not associated with or sponsored by Meta. Meta is released from any liability related to the Contest.
- The Contest Organizer’s decisions are final.
- If any section of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.
- In case of a discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the French version prevails.
- Any attempt to damage the Contest website or interfere with its operation may result in legal action.

Contest rules
- The “Win your spot to the final of the Gilles-Courteau Trophy” contest (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Harnois Énergies Inc. including its subsidiaries and brands (the “Contest Organizer”). Two (2) pairs of tickets to attend two games of the Gilles-Courteau Trophy final. Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation and a two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) Proxi gift card. Two (2) winners will be chosen, each receiving one of the prizes mentioned above, with a monetary value of two thousand four hundred and fifty CAD dollars ($2,450.00) each. The Contest begins on February 25, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on April 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).
Eligibility
- The Contest is open only to residents of Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador and Prince Edward Island who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence as at the time of entry. The following are not eligible to participate in this Contest: employees, agents or representatives of the Contest Organizer, the parent companies, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and the respective suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to the Contest. Likewise, members of their immediate family and persons living in the same place as the above-mentioned persons are not authorized to participate in the Contest. “Immediate family” includes mother and father, siblings, children and spouse regardless of their place of residence.
To enter (no purchase necessary)
- No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, the participant must proceed as follows:
- Complete the form at proxi.ca/en/games-and-contests/; or
- Write a legible, original handwritten letter of at least 100 words explaining why you would like to win two (2) pairs of tickets to attend the Gilles-Courteau Trophy final, two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation and a two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) Proxi gift card, along with your full name, complete address including postal code, telephone number including area code, email address and age. Sign and mail your letter in a sufficiently stamped envelope to: “Win your spot to the final of the Gilles-Courteau Trophy“ Contest, c/o Harnois Énergies Marketing Department, 80 Route 158, Saint-Thomas, province of Quebec, J0K 3L0, postmarked no later than April 14, 2026 11:59 p.m., the postmark being proof, failing which will be considered null and void. Once your letter has been validated, you will automatically be entered for the draw. Limit one entry per day for the duration of the contest.
- To participate in the Contest, the participant must have a valid and duly active email address.
- The Contest Organizer may, in its sole discretion, disqualify a participant who submits multiple entries in violation of these rules.
- Use of any automated system to submit an entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification of the participant. Each entry must be submitted by the participant on their own behalf and a proxy cannot be given for this purpose, failing which the participant will be disqualified.
Prizes
- Two (2) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:
a) One (1) pair of tickets to attend two games of the Gilles-Courteau Trophy finals;
b) Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation; and
d) One (1) Proxi gift card valued at two hundred and fifty CAD dollars ($250.00).
Two (2) winners will be selected, each receiving one of the prizes listed. The cash value of each prize is two thousand four hundred and fifty Canadian dollars ($2,450.00). The total cash value of the two (2) prizes are four thousand nine hundred Canadian dollars ($4,900.00). The prizes are in no way convertible to cash or transferable.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible and valid entries received during the Contest Period.
Prize drawing
- The random prize draw will take place on April 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST at Carrefour Harnois Énergies located at 202, Baby, in Joliette, province of Quebec, J6E 2V5, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected winners will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days following the date of the draw (the “Draw”).
Awarding of prizes
- Conditions to be Declared a Winner. The selected participant will be notified by email according to the terms and condition of the Draw. To be declared a winner, each selected participant must respond to the email from the representative of the Contest Organizer, as applicable, within five (5) business days and must also correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question sent to them at the same time. Otherwise, the selected participant will be disqualified and will lose the prize. The Contest Organizer may then, at its sole and absolute discretion, select another participant by random draw from the remaining eligible entries. The newly selected participant may in turn be subject to disqualification if he or she does not comply with this paragraph.
Terms and Conditions
- Verification. No-purchase entries are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer. Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent or submitted late, will be rejected and will not give entitlement, as the case may be, to an entry and/or to any of the prizes. In the event of dispute over the identity of the selected prize winner, an entry will be declared as entered by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry, and the selected prize winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder. It is the participant’s responsibility to notify the Contest Organizer in writing if there is a change in their email address or any other contact information during the Contest Period.
- Disqualification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify a person or cancel one or more entries of a person if they participate or attempt to participate in this Contest using means contrary to the Contest rules or likely to be unfair to other participants. This person may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
- Prize Acceptance. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot under any circumstances be transferred in whole or in part to another person, replaced by another prize or exchanged for cash, subject to this which is provided for in the following paragraph.
- Prize Substitution. In the event that the Contest Organizer is unable to award the prize as described in these Contest rules, it reserves the right to award a prize of the same nature and of equivalent value or, at their sole discretion, the value of the prize indicated in these regulations in money.
- Limitation of Liability: Use of Prize. By entering this Contest, any participant selected for a prize releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, the participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, directors, administrators, shareholders, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any damage they may suffer or dissatisfaction they may have as a result of accepting or using their prize.
- Limitation of Liability: Participation in the Contest. By entering or attempting to enter this Contest, all persons release the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, the participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, directors, administrators, shareholders, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any damage they may suffer or dissatisfaction they may have as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the Contest.
- Liability of the Prize Supplier. Any participant selected for the prize acknowledges that from the moment they are declared a winner, the performance of the services and obligations related to the prize become the sole and exclusive responsibility of the various suppliers of products and services related to the prize.
- Changes to the contest. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part including and without limitation, in the event of an event or any human intervention that could alter or influence the Contest administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the Contest as provided for in these rules.
- Prize limit. The Contest Organizer shall not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.
- Advertising Consent. By entering this Contest, any participant selected for a prize authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, voice, place of residence and/or statement regarding the prize for publicity purposes, without any form of remuneration.
- Communication with Participants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with participants in connection with this Contest other than in accordance with the Contest rules or at the initiative of the Contest Organizer.
- Personal Information. The personal information collected on participants in the context of this Contest will be used solely for the administration of this Contest. No communication, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this Contest will be sent to participants unless they have otherwise consented. In every case, the personal information collected on participants will be treated according to the Privacy Policy of Harnois Énergies inc. available at Legal notices – Harnois Énergies (harnoisenergies.com).
- Limitation of Liability: Meta. The Contest is in no way associated, approved, managed or sponsored by Meta. Personal information collected about participants as part of this Contest will only be used for the administration of this Contest. Meta is completely released from any liability in connection with this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints relating to this Competition must be directed to the Contest Organizer, if applicable.
- Decision of the Contest Organizer. Any decision by the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this Contest is final and without appeal.
- Severability of Paragraphs. If any paragraph of these rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then that paragraph shall be deemed to be void, but all other unaffected paragraphs shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Precedence of Settlement. In the event of any discrepancy between the contest details contained in these rules and those contained in any form of promotional documentation (contest materials), the contest details contained in these rules shall prevail.
- Competent Jurisdiction. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, territorial, provincial and municipal laws and regulations in force on the date of the Contest. These rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or cause of action and any claim arising from or related to the Contest and these rules will be resolved individually and exclusively by the competent courts of the district of Joliette, located in the province of Quebec.
- Language. In the event of a discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the French version shall prevail.
- Damage suffered by the Organizer. Any attempt to damage the Contest-related website or the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. In such cases, the Contest Organizer has the right, in its sole discretion, to claim damages to the extent permitted by law, and to file complaint with the competent police services.

‘’Win two nights at Hôtel Le Bonne Entente’’ Contest

Contest rules
1. The contest “Win two nights at Hôtel Le Bonne Entente” (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Harnois Énergies and Le Bonne Entente hotel including their brands and subsidiaries (the “Contest Organizer”). One (1) prize to be won: Two (2) nights in an Urbania Suite for two (2) people, including: a Laurent‑Perrier champagne welcome upon arrival, access to the VIP Living Rouge lounge, a 5 à 7 cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres and canapés, evening bubbles service and mignardises, breakfasts at MC Lounge, access to the outdoor pool (seasonal), jacuzzi, fitness centre and sauna, a $500 Proxi gift card, as well as a Proxi gift basket delivered to the room.
The prize will be awarded to the winner with a total retail value of one thousand eight hundred and fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $1,850). The Contest begins on March 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on May 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Contest Period”).
Eligibility

The letter must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), failing which the entry will be void. Upon validation of the letter, the participant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw (the “Draw”).
Limit of one (1) entry per day during the Contest Period.

The selected winners will be contacted by private message within four (4) business days following the date of the draw.
Awarding of the prize
9. Conditions to be declared a winner. The selected entrants will be notified by private message in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest. To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must respond to the private message from the Contest Organizer’s representative within five (5) business days of receiving it, and must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question included with the message. By failing to do so, the selected entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. The Contest Organizer may then, at its sole discretion, select another entrant by random draw. The newly selected entrant may in turn be disqualified upon failing to comply with this paragraph.
General conditions

11. Disqualification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify from this Contest any person who enters or attempts to enter this Contest using a means that is contrary to these rules or that is unfair to the other entrants. Such person may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
12. Acceptance of the prize. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may under no circumstances be transferred in whole or in part to another person, replaced by another prize or exchanged for cash, subject to the provisions of the following paragraph.
13. Prize substitution. In the event that the Contest Organizer is unable to award the prize as described in these rules, it reserves the right to award a prize of a similar type and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize as indicated in these rules.
14. Limitation of liability: Use of the prize. By participating in this Contest, any entrant selected for a prize releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents and representatives from any damages or any dissatisfaction in connection with the acceptance or use of the prize.
15. Limitation of liability: Participation in the contest. Any person who participates or attempts to participate in this Contest thereby releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to it, participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies and their employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any damage or dissatisfaction as a result of entering or attempting to enter the Contest.
16. Limitation of liability: Liability of the prize supplier. Any entrant selected to win a prize acknowledges that, from the moment they are declared the winner, the performance of the services and obligations related thereto becomes the sole and exclusive responsibility of the suppliers of products and services related to the prize.
17. Changes to the contest. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, if an event or human intervention alters or influences the administration, security, impartiality or operation of the Contest as provided for in these rules.
18. Prize limit. The Contest Organizer may not be required to award more prizes or award a prize otherwise than in accordance with these rules.
19. Advertising consent. By entering this Contest, any entrant selected for a prize authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, as needed, their name, photograph, image, voice, place of residence or statement regarding the prize for publicity purposes, without any form of compensation.
20. Communication with entrants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants in the context of this Contest other than in accordance with these rules or at the initiative of the Contest Organizer.
21. Personal information. The personal information collected from entrants in this Contest will be used solely for the administration of this Contest. No commercial or other communication unrelated to this Contest will be sent to entrants unless they have otherwise consented. In all cases, personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the Harnois Énergies Inc. Privacy Policy, available at Legal notices – Harnois Énergies (harnoisenergies.com).
22. Limitation of liability: Meta. The Contest is in no way associated with, endorsed by, managed by or sponsored by Meta. The personal information collected from entrants in this Contest will be used solely for the administration of this Contest. Meta is completely released from any liability in connection with this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints related to this Contest should be directed to the Contest Organizer.
23. Decision of the Contest Organizer. Any decision by the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this Contest is final and binding.
24. Severability of paragraphs. Should any paragraph of these rules be declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or void by a competent court, that paragraph will be deemed null, and all other unaffected paragraphs will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law. Paragraph headings are used for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of this rule.
25. Precedence of rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the Contest details contained in these rules and those contained in any promotional documentation (materials relating to the Contest), the details of the Contest set out in these rules shall take precedence.
26. Jurisdiction. This Contest is subject to all federal, territorial, provincial and municipal laws and regulations in force at the time of the Contest. The Contest rules are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and will be interpreted in accordance with them, without regard to any principles of conflict of law. Any dispute, cause of action or claim arising from or related to the Contest and these rules shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the competent courts sitting in the district of Joliette, located in the province of Quebec.
27. Language. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the French version shall prevail.
28. Damage to the Organizer. Any attempt to damage the Contest website or the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal or civil laws. In such cases, the Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law and to file a complaint with relevant law enforcement authorities.
