Contest rules
1. The “Sports Bag to Win!” Contest (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Hershey’s and Harnois Énergies, including its subsidiaries and brands (the “Contest Organizer”). Forty (40) Reese’s-branded sports bags will be awarded to the winner(s), each having a monetary value of seventy-five Canadian dollars (CAN $75). The Contest begins on October 14, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (“EDT”) and ends on December 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Contest Period”).
Eligibility
2. The Contest is open only to residents of Québec who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. The following are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the respective suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to this Contest. Likewise, immediate family members of and individuals residing at the same address as the aforementioned persons are not permitted to participate in this Contest. “Immediate family” includes parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live.
How to enter
3. a) First, obtain a Proxi Extra loyalty card free of charge at a participating location or online at www.proxi.ca and activate your profile. A physical or digital membership card will be issued to you, as applicable; and
b) Visit one of the participating Proxi convenience stores and use your Proxi Extra card when making an eligible purchase of two products from the following list:

4. No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, the participant must proceed as follows:
Write a legible and original handwritten letter of at least 100 words explaining why you would like to win a Reese’s-branded sports bag. The letter must include your first and last name, complete address including postal code, telephone number including area code, email address, age, and membership card number. Sign and mail your letter in a sufficiently stamped envelope to:

The letter must be received no later than December 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., as evidenced by the postmark, failing which the entry will be void. Following validation of your letter, you will automatically receive one entry in the draw (the “Draw”). Limit of one entry per day during the Contest Period.
5. The Contest Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries in violation of these rules.
6. The use of any automated system to submit an entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries must be submitted by the entrant on their own behalf, and no proxy may be used for this purpose. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification.
Prize
7. Forty (40) prizes are available to be won. Each prize consists of a Reese’s-branded sports bag. The total monetary value of all prizes is three thousand Canadian dollars (CAN $3,000). Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable under any circumstances.
8. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible and valid entries received during the Contest Period.
Prize draw
8. The Prize Draw will take place on December 2, 2026, 11 a.m., EDT at the Carrefour Harnois Énergies, located at 202 Rue Baby, Joliette, Quebec, J6E 2V5, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Selected winners will be contacted by email within seven business days following the Draw date.
Awarding of the prize
9. Conditions to be declared a winner. The selected entrants will be notified by email in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest. To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must respond to the email from the Contest Organizer’s representative within five business days of receiving it, and must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question included with the message. By failing to do so, the selected entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. The Contest Organizer may then, at its sole discretion, select another entrant by random draw. The newly selected entrant may in turn be disqualified upon failing to comply with this paragraph.
General conditions
10. Verification. Entries without a purchase are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer. Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent or submitted late will be rejected and will not qualify for the Draw or any of the prizes. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a selected winner, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entrant. The selected winner may be required to provide identification at the Contest Organizer’s request to prove that they are the authorized account holder. It is the entrant’s responsibility to inform the Contest Organizer of any changes to their email address during the Contest Period.
11. Disqualification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify from this Contest any person who enters or attempts to enter this Contest using a means that is contrary to these rules or that is unfair to the other entrants. Such person may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
12. Acceptance of the prize. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may under no circumstances be transferred in whole or in part to another person, replaced by another prize or exchanged for cash, subject to the provisions of the following paragraph.
13. Prize substitution. In the event that the Contest Organizer is unable to award the prize as described in these rules, it reserves the right to award a prize of a similar type and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize as indicated in these rules.
14. Limitation of liability: Use of the prize. By participating in this Contest, any entrant selected for a prize releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents and representatives from any damages or any dissatisfaction in connection with the acceptance or use of the prize.
15. Limitation of liability: Participation in the contest. Any person who participates or attempts to participate in this Contest thereby releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to it, participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies and their employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any damage or dissatisfaction as a result of entering or attempting to enter the Contest.
16. Limitation of liability: Liability of the prize supplier. Any entrant selected to win a prize acknowledges that, from the moment they are declared the winner, the performance of the services and obligations related thereto becomes the sole and exclusive responsibility of the suppliers of products and services related to the prize.
17. Changes to the contest. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, in whole or in part, if an event or human intervention alters or influences the administration, security, impartiality or operation of the Contest as provided for in these rules.
18. Prize limit. The Contest Organizer may not be required to award more prizes or award a prize otherwise than in accordance with these rules.
19. Advertising consent. By entering this Contest, any entrant selected for a prize authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, as needed, their name, photograph, image, voice, place of residence or statement regarding the prize for publicity purposes, without any form of compensation.
20. Communication with entrants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants in the context of this Contest other than in accordance with these rules or at the initiative of the Contest Organizer.
21. Personal information. The personal information collected from entrants in this Contest will be used solely for the administration of this Contest. No commercial or other communication unrelated to this Contest will be sent to entrants unless they have otherwise consented. In all cases, personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the Harnois Énergies Inc. Privacy Policy, available at Legal notices – Harnois Énergies (harnoisenergies.com).
22. Limitation of liability: Meta. The Contest is in no way associated with, endorsed by, managed by or sponsored by Meta. The personal information collected from entrants in this Contest will be used solely for the administration of this Contest. Meta is completely released from any liability in connection with this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints related to this Contest should be directed to the Contest Organizer.
23. Decision of the Contest Organizer. Any decision by the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this Contest is final and binding.
24. Severability of paragraphs. Should any paragraph of these rules be declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or void by a competent court, that paragraph will be deemed null, and all other unaffected paragraphs will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law. Paragraph headings are used for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of this rule.
25. Precedence of rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the Contest details contained in these rules and those contained in any promotional documentation (materials relating to the Contest), the details of the Contest set out in these rules shall take precedence.
26. Jurisdiction. This Contest is subject to all federal, territorial, provincial and municipal laws and regulations in force at the time of the Contest. The Contest rules are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and will be interpreted in accordance with them, without regard to any principles of conflict of law. Any dispute, cause of action or claim arising from or related to the Contest and these rules shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the competent courts sitting in the district of Joliette, located in the province of Quebec.
27. Language. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the French version shall prevail.
28. Damage to the Organizer. Any attempt to damage the Contest website or the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal or civil laws. In such cases, the Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law and to file a complaint with relevant law enforcement authorities.

Contest rules
- The “Trade in to Win” contest (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Harnois Énergies Inc., including its subsidiaries and brands (the “Contest Organizer”). A prize of 1,000,000 Proxi Extra points will be awarded to the winner, with a cash value of 1,000 CAD. The Contest begins on November 1, 2026 at 00:00 Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on November 30, 2026 at 23:59 EDT (the “Contest Period”).
Eligibility
- The Contest is open only to residents of Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. The following are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees, agents, and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the respective suppliers of prizes, materials and services related to the Contest. Similarly, members of their immediate families and persons residing at the same address as the above-mentioned persons are not authorized to participate in the Contest. “Immediate family” includes mother, father, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live.
How to enter
- Go to any participating Proxi convenience store and make an eligible purchase to redeem all your accumulated Proxi Extra points. By doing so, the entrant will automatically be eligible for the contest. Limit of one entry per day for the duration of the contest.
- No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest without making a purchase, entrants must do the following:
Write a legible and original handwritten letter of at least 100 words explaining why you would like to win one million (1,000,000) Proxi Extra points, together with your full name, full address including postal code, telephone number including area code, email address and age. Sign and mail your letter in an envelope with sufficient postage to: “’Redeeming your points pays off!” contest, c/o Harnois Energies Marketing Department, 80 Route 158, Saint-Thomas, Quebec, J0K 3L0, postmarked no later than 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2026. Once your letter has been validated, you will automatically be entered in the draw. Limit of one entry per day for the duration of the contest.
- To enter the Contest, entrants must have a valid and active email address.

Prizes
- A prize of one million Proxi Extra points will be awarded to the winner, with a monetary value of one thousand Canadian dollars ($1,000) $3,000 CAD. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable under any circumstances.

CONTEST “Propane Refill”

Contest Rules
1. The “Propane Refill” Contest (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Harnois Énergies Inc., including its subsidiaries and brands (the “Contest Organizer”). Three (3) prizes are available to be won, each consisting of a credit applicable to the actual rental fees for one (1) propane tank rented by the winner for a period of one (1) year, up to a maximum amount that will be credited to the winner’s account for the following year. The maximum value of each prize is one hundred and fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $150). The total maximum value of the three (3) prizes is four hundred and fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $450). The Contest begins on September 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (UTC-5) and ends on October 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (UTC-5) (the “Contest Period”)..
Eligibility

Employees, agents, or representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers of prizes, materials, or services related to this Contest are not eligible. How to Participate
3. To enter the Contest, participants must place a propane order through the Harnois Énergies customer portal at:

Prizes
4.Three (3) prizes are available to be won. Each prize consists of a credit applicable to the actual rental fees for one (1) propane tank rented by the winner for a period of one (1) year, up to a maximum amount of one hundred and fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $150) per prize. If a winner rents more than one propane tank, the credit will apply to only one (1) tank. The total maximum value of all prizes is four hundred and fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $450). Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

Prize Draw
6. The prize draw will take place on September 14, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, at the Harnois Énergies Carrefour located at 202 Baby Street, Joliette, Province of Quebec, J6E 2V5, among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Selected winners will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days following the draw date.
Prize Awarding
7. Conditions to be declared a winner. The selected participant will be notified by (EMAIL) in accordance with the draw procedures. To be declared a winner, each selected participant must respond to the (EMAIL) from the Contest Organizer’s representative within forty-eight (48) business hours of receipt and must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question sent at the same time. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. The Contest Organizer may then, at its sole discretion, select another participant by random draw. The newly selected participant may also be disqualified if they fail to comply with this paragraph.
General Conditions

10. Prize acceptance. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not be transferred, replaced, or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, except as provided in the following paragraph.
11. Prize substitution. If the Contest Organizer is unable to award the prize as described, it reserves the right to award a prize of similar nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize stated herein.
12. Limitation of liability: use of the prize. By participating in this Contest, any selected participant releases the Contest Organizer, its affiliates, participating stores, advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives from any liability for damages or dissatisfaction arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
13. Limitation of liability: participation in the Contest. By participating or attempting to participate, any person releases the Contest Organizer and related entities from liability for any damages or dissatisfaction arising from participation or attempted participation.
14. Limitation of liability: prize supplier. Any selected participant acknowledges that once declared a winner, the performance of services and obligations related to the prize becomes the sole responsibility of the prize suppliers.
15. Contest modification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part should any event or human intervention compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
16. Prize limit. The Contest Organizer shall not be required to award more prizes or award a prize in any manner other than as provided in these rules.
17. Advertising consent. By participating, any selected participant authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use their name, photograph, image, voice, place of residence, and/or statement relating to the prize for advertising purposes, without compensation.
18. Communication with participants. No communication will be entered into with participants except as provided in these rules or at the Contest Organizer’s initiative.
19. Personal information. Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Contest. No commercial or other communications unrelated to the Contest will be sent without consent. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Harnois Énergies inc.’s privacy policy available under Legal Notices – Harnois Énergies (harnoisenergies.com).
20. Limitation of liability: Meta. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. Meta is fully released from any liability related to this Contest. All questions or complaints must be directed to the Contest Organizer.
21. Contest Organizer’s decisions. All decisions of the Contest Organizer or its representatives are final and binding.
22. Severability. If any provision of these rules is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it shall be considered null, and all remaining provisions shall remain in force. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
23. Rules precedence. In the event of any discrepancy between these rules and any promotional materials, these rules shall prevail.
24. Governing law. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. These rules are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in the judicial district of Joliette, Province of Quebec.
25. Language. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail.
26. Damages to the Organizer. Any attempt to damage the Contest website or interfere with its legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil laws. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to seek damages and pursue remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
