Harnois Énergies Enhances Network Accessibility Through Innovation

News

Harnois Énergies has launched a pilot project designed to provide 24/7 access at select service stations through an innovative hybrid operating model that combines on-site service with remote monitoring.

This initiative allows stations that were previously closed overnight to remain open around the clock for fuel purchases. Outside of regular business hours, a dedicated team monitors station operations and provides real-time authorization from Harnois Énergies’ operations centre in Joliette. This approach helps ensure a safe, secure, and reliable experience for customers while protecting station facilities.

The pilot project is currently being implemented at four locations across the network:

  • 700 Route 125, Chertsey
  • 1468 Route 117, Mont-Blanc
  • 391 Chemin Joliette, Saint-Félix-de-Valois
  • 5 Rue Saint-Simon, Sainte-Madeleine

Through this initiative, Harnois Énergies continues to invest in innovative solutions that enhance the accessibility of its network and better meet the evolving needs of its customers.
